As we known, China is the biggest country of consumption and importer of iron mineral in the world,China has slowed import of some bulk commodity since this year because of the impact of COVID-19,but the latest data showed that China demand for iron mineral is still strong. First quarter of this year,the amount of Chinese imported iron minal is total 26.27 million tons and increased about 1.3% compared with the same period of last year.
According to latest data released by Brazilian economic department at 14th April indicated the total amount of exported iron mineral of Brazil in first quarter is 70.6 milion tons, decreased 16% compared with same period. In former two months this year,Brazil has exported 30.6 million tons iron mineral to China and decreased 11.5% compared same period, but it still accounts for 63% of its total exports.so we can know,That Brazil exported iron mineral to China continue to reduce since last year,but China is still main exported market for Brazil.
